I am so bumbed that there is no release for Mass Effect 2 on the PS3. Well not that I've seen anyway. Played the first one on my EX box but well thats history now so I guess I'll have to hope for a future release on PS3.

I took the benefit of doubt and bought Bayonetta.
I don't know about you guys but this animated chick in leather sliding around with her legs open does nothing for me and so seeing her hair monster come out and eat angels while conveniently covering her goods raises an eyebrow. And I don't mean in a good way. but it's amusing.
And that music - what is it? It's making my ears bleed over here. Grates on my nerves already and I just started getting into it.
On the plus side, the visuals look spectacular and when the musical scores pops in, it becomes a fun action game.

wow.... utterly addicted to the professor layton games for the ds

it's strange though...i had more trouble with the earlier puzzles than the later ones which should be harder and because i'm extremely hopeless at maths that's more complicated than adding and subtracting , there are some maths based ones i can't crack even with the hints..fck!

picked up Bioshock for $20 at Eb. It's a neat atmospheric game - I like the sci-fi tale with some horror elements thrown in.
The end boss battle was too easy for my taste - a sort of Dr. Manhattan running around on crack minus the schlong - but the different type of plasmids were pretty cool and it was fun escapism.
I don't know how they'd go with future stories though, because even though it's a fascinating place to run amok in, I was fine with the exploration I got.
Though the Bioshock 2 demo looks like fun.

The end boss battle is best forgotten really, what the game did best was create that atmosphere and unique living world with such unseen intelligence. Sure the action was fun but i was playing more for the multiple stories and replaying it after reading some Ayn Rand was even more amazing. Very much looking forward to my copy of the sequel being delivered tomorrow, blasting away at an altruistic enemy seems like the perfect antidote after the section of Atlas Shrugged i just finished.

Finished Bioshock 2 with doing all the Gathers and rescueing all the little sisters i found the Big sisters not all they were hyped up to be they were kinda easy to kill though i did play it on medium maybe on hard they will be lol harder

Still its an ok game dosent have the same feel as the first but still it has an enjoyable storyline

Some of the minor tweaks are good too

Scored the Rapture Edition - shirt and art book - for $40. Good deal. I'll be online for some matches after I've played through the story.

That is quick, i've been trying to pace myself and well in hard mode sometimes the slow method is the best one. I am really liking the game though, it does feel a bit more action-y than the original but overall it's still just as good so far. The new characters are just as unique and complexly compelling as those in the original, Rapture itself is just as stunning as ever - that initial waterwalk was breathtaking - and the story is mysterious and deftly told. No complaints here as of yet, but the final act is where the last game faltered so i will wait until then before i make any final calls. It's still just as frightening as ever as well which is fun. The level structure is a little too railroaded, literally in this case, however but i'm hoping that there is some reasoning behind this. The Journey to the Surface ride however was fantastic and Sophia Lamb's collectivism is well handled.

Multiplayer is nice fun but aside from the interface it's not all that revolutionary, i'll still get a fair bit of use out of it though.
